Yes, you will need to book your own campsite. We have recommend campgrounds here. Feel free to ask us for our opinion on any or all of them!

Please research the area you are booking as you are responsible for selecting your own site. Happy Glamper is a hire service and cannot take responsibility for issues relating to the campsite or area.

Yes you can. Our pop up service allows you to choose the site of  your dreams. Private properties are perfect for glamping events, birthdays or creating an extra room for guests to stay.

You are welcome to go glamping for just one night, however, our two-night rates will apply. The reason for this is because costs include all glamping gear hire, travel and our labour in creating and packing down your bespoke, unique glamping experience. There’s a lot of work involved!

The exception to this is our Balnarring Deluxe offering where one night midweek stays can be booked.

If you are glamping at a foreshore campground listed here we will need you to book your campsites for two nights.

Except for public holiday long weekends, we offer Sunday night hire for free if you book Friday and Saturday nights.

Since we would be creating a bespoke experience for you from scratch please try to make the most of your glamping experience and consider staying longer than one night!

Once your booking request has been approved and you have booked your campsite we require payment of a security bond of $100 per tent to lock in your hire dates. The security bond is separate to the hire fee and is fully refundable within 7 days providing all hired goods are returned in original hire condition.

The hire fee is due 3 weeks before your hire (or immediately upon booking approval). We accept bank transfer or credit card.

Our 4m bell tents are perfect for couples. They comfortably sleep up to three people with mattresses on the floor (or two people using King-Single deluxe air mattresses).

Our 5m bell tents and our 5m Lotus Belle tents both comfortably sleep up to five people in King-Single deluxe air mattresses on the floor, or up to four people using our Queen deluxe air mattresses.

Our 6m Emperor bell tents comfortably sleep up to six people in King-Single deluxe air mattresses.

Our 6m bell tents comfortably sleep up to eight people in King-Single deluxe air mattresses.

These numbers allow for the other gear (other than beds) that we like to include in our glamping packages.

We are more than happy to travel for events in Victoria and the Eastern and Northern states that book multiple bell tents. Contact us for a quote and our delivery area.

Yes! We provide all glamping gear hire and the labour!

We arrive before you to pitch and style your Glamping tent on your chosen campsite at one of our recommended campgrounds or private property. Once your unique glamping experience is over we return to pack it all down. Our rates include the hire and our labour…. we take care of all the work so you don’t have to lift a finger!

4m bell tents require a minimum of 5m x 5m of flat grassed area.

5m bell tents require a minimum of 6m x 6m of flat grassed area.

6m bell tents require a minimum of 7m x 7m of flat grassed area.

6m Emperor tents require a minimum of 9.5m x 7m of flat grassed area (consider getting two sites for camp grounds!)

The Lotus Belles require a minimum of 8m x 8m of flat grassed area.

Yes! We will post a physical Happy Glamper™ Gift Voucher to the postal address provided. You have three full years to use your gift voucher.

Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date.

Yes, of course! We have a minimum booking of 3 nights over long weekends (when the public holiday falls on a Friday or Monday). Please note, Sunday night hires are not offered free on long weekends, please refer to our Rates page for the extra night fee.

Besides Balnarring, Happy Glamper™ offers a pop up service were every site is set up and packed down for our guests. Our pop up service allows guests to choose and book their own site.

I’m afraid not! The number of people booked in your glamping experience must match the number of people booked with the campground so all campers must be paid for.

As much as we love bringing pets on holidays (we have dogs, so we understand!) we don’t allow pets in any of our glamping experiences. The foreshore campgrounds also don’t allow pets.

Yes, if we have bell tents available. If you are able to source your own campsite or private land we would love to set up a cosy glamping retreat for you.

We cannot offer check-ins or check-outs on 24th Dec, 25th Dec, 26th Dec, 31st Dec and 1st January so we’ll work out dates around these to get you glamping!
